07 Consumer dispute resolution

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a reference to it is therefore omitted.

08 Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws in accordance with § 7(1) DDG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
